Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup jalapeno peppers
  • 1 cup cayenne peppers
  • 1/2 cup Hungarian peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Chop tomatoes and peppers

Step 2

Boil all ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes.

Step 3

Ladle into hot jars and process 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Cheddar
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
