Ingredients
- 1) 1/2 kg of Chicken Cubes
- 2) 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 3) 1/2 tsp of White Pepper
- 4) 1 Egg White
- 5) 1 tbsp of Cornflour
- 6) 1 tbsp of Oil
- 7) 1 tbsp of Garlic
- 8) 1 tbsp of Soya Sauce
- 9) Spring Onions
- 10) 1 Cup of Stock
- 11) 1/2 Cup of Ketchup
- 12) 2 tbsp of Chilli Sauce
- 13) 2 tbsp of Vinegar
- 14) 1 tbsp of Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate the chicken with salt, white pepper, egg white, cornflour, and 1 tbsp of oil.
Step 2
Mix it.
Step 3
Then pour some oil, add garlic for frying, add the chicken, vinegar, white pepper, salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce, and ketchup.
Step 4
Cook well until boiled. Add stock.
Step 5
Add cornflour paste for thickness.
Step 6
