Herbed Grilled Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 fresh stocks rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 lemon wedges, squeezed

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in bowl except lemon. Rub over chicken breasts. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Squeeze lemon wedge on chicken breasts. Cook on medium to high heat 4-6 minutes on each side.
