Ingredients
- 1) 250 grams of Qeema
- 2) 1 tbsp of Shan Chapli Kabab Masala
- 3) 1 tsp of Salt
- 4) 1 tsp of Garlic Paste
- 5) Boiled Potatoes
- 6) 2 Bread Slices Soaked in Milk
- 7) 2 tbsp of Ketchup
- 8) 1 tsp of Black Pepper
- 9) 1 tsp of Crushed Red Pepper
- 10) 2 to 3 tbsp of Chopped Onions
- 11) Green Chillies
- 12) Coriander
- 13) 1 Egg

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
