Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 pints half & half
- 1 can (10 oz.) condensed New England clam chowder, undiluted
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 package (8 oz.) imitation crab meat, flaked

Step 1
In sauce pan, saute onion in butter until tender. Add cream and canned chowder, bring to a boil. Stir in potatoes, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in crab and heat through.
