  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 pkg. of 8 hot dogs
  • 1 lbs. brown sugar (dark or light)
  • toothpicks

Preparation

Step 1

Cut hot dogs into thirds.

Step 2

Cut bacon strips in half.

Step 3

Wrap each half bacon strip around a hot dog piece and stick a tooth pick through it.

Step 4

Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 5

Layer "pigs" in the crockpot, sprinkling each layer with brown sugar.

Step 6

Add remaining brown sugar to the top and cook on low for three hours.
