By pmkreationstation7@gmail.com
This recipe originated with my grandmother. My dad's mom. She made true Italian dishes. Homemade pasta, sausage, had her own garden too.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of ground chuck or sirloin (ground turkey & chicken is good too)
- 1/2 pound of ground pork
- 2 c Italian style bread crumbs
- 4 eggs
- 1 c milk
- 1 c fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 c grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp of Virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix a the ingredients together in a large bowl of use your mix master. (my favorite tool). Let it stand for a half hour. Form into medium size meatballs.
Step 2
Fry in the olive oil. Gently turning them as they brown up. Or place on a baking sheet on top of foil and bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Gently place into your own Hot spaghetti sauce and cook for 1 hour on medium to low heat.
If you don't know how to make your own sauce. I have a recipe for that too. Or you can use jar sauce and reduce the cooking time in half on the stove.
