Cheddar Stuffed Turkey Meatballs
I love these meatballs. They're so decadent and cheesy without all the calories of ground beef.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 8oz block of sharp cheddar cut in 1 inch cubes
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground yellow curry powder
- 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- Parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the cheddar cheese and parsley. Mix well until all then greediness are incorporated.
Step 2
Make tablespoon amount patties of the turkey mixture. Place 1 cube of cheddar cheese in the center and roll in to a ball.
Step 3
Arrange all the meatballs into a baking dish and bake uncovered at 350' for 30 minutes or until you see the cheese start to ooze out. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.

Ingredients
- Ground meat
- Coriander, chopped
- Onions, minced
- Egg
- Salt
- Ground Pepper
- Cheddar (cube and slice)
- Canola Oil
Method
Chop coriander and mince onions
Mix the meat, coriander, onions, pepper and salt in a large bowl
With your hands, shape the meat into a large ball
On a clean surface, flatten the ball and place a cube of cheddar on top
Cover the cheese with the edges of the meat, creating a ball again
Place in a pan and let one side simmer in canola oil
Flip the patty and place a slice of cheddar on top
Place the lid on the pan and let cook to desired texture
Put the patty in a bun with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
