Ingredients
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Jaggery - 1 cup
- Elachi - 1 teaspoon
- Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup

Preparation
Step 1
Dry roast rice flour until light brown.
Step 2
Add little water to the flour and make it into a crumbly dough...should form a shape when pressed.
Step 3
Steam it in a idli maker for 10 minutes.
Step 4
In another pan add jaggery with just enough water.
Step 5
Stir constantly till it forms a syrup of a ball consistency.
Step 6
Add the rice flour, elachi, roasted cashews and ghee. Stir well till it crumbles and serve.
