- Fresh ginger root
- Organic honey
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Cut thin slices of fresh ginger, about one teaspoon per cup of prepared tea.
Step 2
Pour about 10 ounces of water to a pot and add the sliced ginger to it.
Step 3
Brew by bringing the pot to a boil.
Step 4
Strain the ginger from the water.
Step 5
Serve with a touch of organic honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
