- 2-3 sticks of butter
- 20z velveeta cheese
- Pint half and half
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw potatoes for about 20 min. Put in a 13x9 pan.
Step 2
Cut cheese into cubes and put in a large bowl add half and half.
Step 3
Microwave it in two min intervals til smooth
Step 4
Pour over over potatoes
Step 5
Add 1/3 cup o shredded cheese on top
Step 6
Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove and serve
