Ingredients
- 1tblsp margarine
- 1small onion finely chopped
- 1tblsp flour
- Dash each nutmeg,pepper,curry powder,basil leaves
- 1cup milk
- 1 1/2cups grated cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine over medium low heat in saucepan. Add onion and saute until soft
Step 2
Add flour and seasonings and allow to cook until bubbly but not brown
Step 3
Use a whisk and add milk. Cook and stir until thick. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted. Serve
This is the sauce to use for scalloped potatoes

You'll drool over this 3 cheese, bacon-wrapped baguette.
INGREDIENTS
- Blue cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozarella
- 1 baguette
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Bacon
METHOD
- Cut your cheeses into thin slices
- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
