Ingredients
- 2 c. old fashioned oats
- 2 c. milk
- 2 T. veg oil
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk and oats. Cover and refrigerate overnight or around 8 hours.
Step 2
add eggs, oil, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat well with wire wisk.
Step 3
Heat skillet to medium. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, put batter on skillet. Flatten slightly with bottom of measuring cup.
Step 4
When the top side is bubbly and puffed up, and the underside is brown, turn the pancake over. Brown the second side. Continue until all pancakes are cooked.
