Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 fennel
- 1 tomato
Preparation
Step 1
Steam the fennel for 10 minutes and then cut into thin slices.
Step 2
Cut the tomato into thin slices as well.
Step 3
Toast the bread.
Step 4
On one slice of bread, add a few slices of tomato, fennel salt and pepper, and then top with tuna.
Step 5
Top with the second slice of bread, and slice down the middle.
