Veal with garlic sauce

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs veal (shoulder, chest)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 bouquet garni
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 8 oz (about 2 cups) mushrooms
- 2 glasses of white wine
- salt and pepper.

Preparation
Step 1
Cut meat into cubes. Heat oil and fry the meat pieces. When the meat is browned, add salt and pepper and add the chopped garlic. Let brown.
Step 2
Sprinkle with flour and let brown. Moisten with white wine and the same amount of water. Add the bouquet garni and simmer 1 hour.
Step 3
Add mushrooms. Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the bouquet garni, adjust seasoning and serve immediately.
