Ingredients
- six small artichokes
- good pieces of butter
- a big pot of sour cream
- a few sprigs of chopped chives
Preparation
Step 1
Place thoroughly washed artichokes (preferably young) in a pot. Cook them with the water, halfway covering about fifteen minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile melt the butter gently in a casserole. Add the cream and the juice of half a lemon. Mixed gently and then sprinkled with chopped chives. Place the cream in a serving dish that will allow each guest to dip and strip the artichoke leaves.
