- Base:
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mint chocolate chips
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1 tsp mint extract
- Topping:
- 8 ounces chocolate (dark, semisweet or milk)
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes

Combine first 4 ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker
- 1 (16-ounce) package pretzel nuggets
- 2 (16-ounce) packages chocolate-flavored bark
- candy coating, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (4-ounce) square semisweet baking chocolate,
- broken into pieces
- 1 (16-ounce) package hard peppermint candies,
- finely crushed and divided (about 1-1/2 cups)
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
