- 10 ounces cauliflower florets (about 3 cups)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 cup diced yellow onion
- 8 ounces pepper jack cheese, shredded
