- 1 TBSP coconut oil
- a pinch of salt

- Crust:
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup dates
- 1 TBSP coconut oil
- Apple Filling:
- 5 medium apples
- 1 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- Crumble:
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup walnuts
- 2 TBSP maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Cashew Cream:
- 1 cup cashews (soaked for an hour if possible, but not necessary)
- 2 TBSP maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼-1/2 cup water (depending on consistency)
