  • scant 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Comté cheese
  • 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • pepper
  • Fresh herbs: mint, basil, cilantro, parsley, chives, dill ...

Preparation

Step 1

In the mortar crush the garlic, Parmesan and toasted pine nuts.

Step 2

Finely chop the herbs while keeping some for decoration.

Step 3

Put everything in a bowl and mix in the cream.
