Ingredients
- 8 fillets of red mullet
- Mixed greens
- Button and shiitake mushrooms
- Asparagus
- Seaweed butter
- 2 shallots
- salt and pepper.
- oil (oil not very strong in flavor like sunflower or peanut)
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté mushrooms with a minced shallot in the pan with oil.
Step 2
Saute asparagus and add to mushrooms. Keep warm. In a skillet melt butter and cook the mullet.
Step 3
Prepare the dish: drizzle greens with a little dressing and the sautéed mushrooms and asparagus and place on greens, then add the red mullet fillets.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper.
