  • 1 package of sliced granny smith apples or you can use fresh sliced about 2 cups
  • 1 small 6 oz bottle apple juice
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn starch

Step 1

place roast in crock pot and pour apple slices over roast

Step 2

mix juice with brown sugar and corn starch until smooth
pour in crock pot over apples and roast
