Ingredients
- 1½ lb. hamburger
- ¾ c. white rice cooked (minute rice)
- 1 egg
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soya
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons catalina dressing
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix hamburger, rice and egg and make 16 balls, place in an 8x8 pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over meat cover with a foil and bake 375°F 1h15min.
