Ingredients
- Bread:
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2tsp vanilla
- 2 cups of flour
- 2tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup of Granny Smith apples pealed and finely chopped
- 1 cup of nuts pecan/walnut divided
- Praline Sauce:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350, lightly grease a 9x5x3 loaf pan.
Step 2
Use mixer, beat sour cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla on low speed for couple min. Add flour and salt. Continue to beat until well combined.
Step 3
Pour in apples and half of nuts into the batter .
Step 4
Put batter into greased loaf pan.
Step 5
Sprinkle left over nuts on top of the batter.
Step 6
Bake for 60min.
Step 7
Cool loaf for 25min
Step 8
Praline: in small soft pan place butter and brown sugar.
Step 9
Use medium heat to bring to a boil.
Step 10
Lower to light simmer for 1min, stir constantly until thickened, drizzle over bread, let cool completely.
