Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 (4 oz) center cut pork chops
  • cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Step 2

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub pork with spice mixture. Let stand 10 minutes

Step 3

Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 4 minutes. Turn pork, grill 2 minutes. Brush each chop with 1 Tbsp sauce, and grill 2 minutes or until cooked through.
