Ingredients
- 2 lbs fish fillets
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
arrange fillets in a greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fillets. Bake in a hot oven 500 Degree F allowing 10 min per inch thickness for fresh fish or 20 min for frozen.
