Ingredients
- 1 sweet onion diced
- 5 stalks celery diced
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 C flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 10 potatoes diced
- 8 C water
- 1/2 quart bag of clams
- 1/4 C diced bacon
- 2 C half and half, whole milk, or cream

Preparation
Step 1
Sautee onion and celery in butter till soft.
Step 2
Add flour, salt and pepper and mix.
Step 3
Add water, potatoes, clams, and bacon.
Step 4
Cook until potatoes are tender.
Step 5
Add in half n half and heat through.
