- 3 to 4 shakes of Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 to 4 pounds of chicken wings

Step 1
Place 2 to 3 lbs of wings (tips removed)cut in half in a bowl with the sauce mixture.Cover wings with sauce and place in a shallow baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approx. 1 hour.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
