Easy baked Ravioli

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (19 fl oz/540 mL) can pasta sauce
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 (350 g) cheese pkg. ravioli, cooked, drained
- 1/2 cup Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Step 1
Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 2 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in pasta sauce and crushed red pepper.
Spread 1/2 cup sauce mixture onto bottom of 9-inch baking dish; cover with layers of half each of the ravioli, remaining sauce mixture and cheese. Repeat layers; cover.
Bake 25 min. or until heated through.
MAKE AHEAD
Assemble recipe as directed. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 30 to 35 min. or until heated through.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve with your favourite hot steamed vegetable and a crisp mixed green salad.
NOTE
For a milder sauce, omit the crushed red pepper.

Ingredients
Makes 6
- 1/2 cauliflower head
- 8 eggs for cauliflower mix
- Pepper
- Salt
- 4-6 cups shredded cheese
- 6 slices salami
- 6 tbsp pizza Sauce
Method
- Boil diced cauliflower in salted water until tender.
- Blend, then transfer to mixing bowl.
- Mix in 2 eggs, pepper and 2 cups of shredded cheese
- Share the cauliflower mixture out between 6 ramekins, forming little cups
- Add 1 cup of shredded cheese
- Bake for 25 min at 375°F
- Add a slice of salami, a tbsp of pizza sauce, and one raw egg to each ramekin
- Top with cheese and return to oven for 7 min at 375°F
- Serve, and enjoy!
