Ingredients
- 8 ounces of fresh chèvre (goat cheese), plain
- 1 egg
- 3/4 Tbsp chives, chopped
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp broccoli florets, finely chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- a pinch of salted garlic
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together by hand until well blended. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour or until ready to fill ravioli.
Recipe Note: Variations include the use of flavored goat cheese, e.g., herbed. Also, you may add finely diced chicken, steak, or lamb for a hearty meal. Other ideas include chopped artichoke hearts or mushrooms.

Three Cheese Baguette
You'll drool over this 3 cheese, bacon-wrapped baguette.
INGREDIENTS
- Blue cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozarella
- 1 baguette
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Bacon
METHOD
- Cut your cheeses into thin slices
- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
