Maggi Noodles indian style

Ingredients
- Maggi vegetable atta noodles
- -1packet 95 gm
- carrot - 2,
- beans - 250gm
- Peas - 100gm
- Onion - 2 medium
- tomato - 1
- Oil - 4 tsps
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Water - 4 cups
- Salt - 1/2 tsp

Preparation
Step 1
Switch on the stove- place the wok
Add 4 tsps of oil
Add mustard seeds-mustard seeds splutters
Add urad dal- urad dal turns light brown
Add curry leaves
Add the sliced onion - turns light brown
Add the sliced tomato - turns transclusent
Add the sliced carrot and beans
Add the peas
Add 1/2 tspn salt - - saute for 3 min
Add 2 cups of water - Close the wok with lid
Simmer the stove
Open the lid after 8 min
Add Maggi taste maker
Add Maggi vegetable atta noodles
Add remaining 2 cups of water
Mix well at high heat
Switch off stove once the water gets
completely absorbed
Maggi noodles ready,enjoy the recipe :-)

INGREDIENTS
- Peanuts
- Carrot
- Mango
- Rocket
- 2 limes
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
- Red onion, minced
- Salt
- Pepper
METHOD
- Lightly sautée the peanuts until golden.
- Take the carrots and cut into thin slices.
- Peel the mango and slice into thin strips.
- Squeeze the juice from 2 limes into a bowl, and add olive oil, soy sauce, minced onion, salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, toss together the mango, carrot, rocket, and lime-soy dressing.
