- Sliced bread
- Red pepper
- Black pepper
- Garlic salt
- Sesame oil
- Cuts of pork
- Baking pan
- Onion

Step 1
Place 6 slices of bread flat and spread out on a baking sheet. Sprinkle all spices evenly on top. Coat top of bread with sesame oil. Place in oven and broil until crunchy and burnt to own preference. Remove and repeat step to season/toast other side. Remove from oven once complete.
Step 2
Grind bread into fine breadcrumbs. Add vegetable oil until it has consistency of paste. Chop up onion into fine pieces and mix well with bread paste.
Step 3
Cook pork in pan on stove top until mostly cooked. Transfer onto baking pan and cut large slits into each piece. Cover each piece with bread paste and make sure to place paste inside slits too.
Step 4
Place in oven for ~30 minutes at 375 degrees until pork fully cooked.
