Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup AP flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp parsley flakes or good bunch of fresh chopped
- Either a whole chicken or chicken pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Stew or bake chicken, cover with broth, enough to cook dumplings in - about an inch of liquid.
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients and add milk. Stir til well mixed. Drop by teaspoonful into boiling chicken covered with broth. Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes. Do not stir.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
