Ingredients

  • four salmon fish
  • very fine slices of carrots
  • fine slices of onion
  • fine slices of ginger
  • one teaspoon of butter
  • cumin lemon powder
  • one slice of lemon and one slice of lime per fish
  • wax paper
  • pre heat oven to 350

Preparation

Step 1

get four wax paper and lay on baking tray

Step 2

take a salmon fish and put salt and pepper and rub it all the way to the fish both front and back

Step 3

take the fish and put cumin lemon powder on it

Step 4

on top of the fish put sliced carrots and onions

Step 5

put ginger and butter on top of the fish

Step 6

fold the wax paper inward and put into the oven and bake for 30-45 minutes.

  8. Top with cheese and return to oven for 7 min at 375°F
  9. Serve, and enjoy!
