  • Ham Bone with meat attached
  • 2 cups Split Peas
  • 1 cup Lentils
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mrs. Dash
  • Minced Garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer ham bone with meat attached, salt, pepper & Mrs. Dash for 12 hours.

Step 2

Drain of grease and remove bone.

Step 3

Add peas & lentils.

Step 4

Add seasonings to taste.

Step 5

Simmer for 6 hours stirring occasionally.

Step 6
