Ingredients
- 1/4c canola oil
- 12 large scallops
- 1L spicy scallop marinade
- 2 tbsp cilantro pistou
- 4 pieces thick-sliced bacon
Preparation
Step 1
Let scallops sit in prepared marinade for a minimum of 2 hours.
Step 2
Heat oven to 375 and cook the strips until cooked and crispy
Step 3
Remove, dry scallops and then sear in pan, finish in oven.
Step 4
Put pistou on the top of the scallop
and let the bacon chip sit in the pistou
Garnish with micro greens
