Simple Sesame Seed Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of cubed meat
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- 1 jar of apricot jam or orange marmalade
- Soy sauce
- Sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Combine egg and water in one bowl and place flour in separate bowl
Step 2
Bread the meat by placing 1 cube into flour then into egg mixture then back into the flour
Step 3
Fry meat in oil till done, remove from oil and drain
Step 4
In a bowl combine the jam or marmalade and enough soy sauce to turn the jam or marmalade golden
Step 5
Toast sesame seeds by pouring some into a skillet over medium heat till lightly brown and add to jam mixture
Step 6
Drop each piece of meat in to jam mixture, place on a foil lined cookie sheet
Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes and serve over rice
Step 8
Or cook 2 cups of rice and place in a deep baking dish
Step 9
Place cooked meat over the rice and pour jam mixture over that
Step 10
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
