Ingredients
- 6 jalapenos
- 12 cups peeled & chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups chopped bell peppers
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 can tomato paste
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons of cayne pepper
- 2 tablespoons of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and boil for around 45 minutes
Step 2
Pour into caning jars and process in boiling water bath for 20 minutes at a full boil

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
