Preparation
Step 1
Peel and slice approximately 6-8 potatoes in casserole dish add some butter and put in oven and bake on 350 until potatoes are tender
Step 2
Fry pork chops
Step 3
Once Potatoes and pork chops are done, place pork chops on top on the potatoes.
Step 4
Add sour kraut to the top of the pork chops and return to oven and bake about 10-15 minutes
The more kraut you have the better
