steak burritos

Easy, delicious steak burritos.
like the ones @ your favorite Mexican place.
Ingredients
- 5-6 average size flour tortillas
- 1 can las palmas red enchilada sauce (or brand you prefer)
- Shredded jack cheese
- 1 pkg. round steak, fajita meat or stew meat
- cut to desired size pieces (i cut mine fairly small)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef in frying pan with just enough oil to do so (I trim all fat off my meat)
drain if needed & add enchilada sauce.
let simmer on low for meat & sauce to marry.
Step 2
Cook flour tortillas.
Step 3
You can either put graded cheese in pan to melt over meat@end or put in each tortilla
then spoon meat into tortilla & roll.
Unbelievably good! My teenage sons favorite
Step 4
Enjoy!
Can serve alone or with homemade Spanish rice & s&w pinto beans.
