Ingredients
- 1 1/2 LB Ground beef
- 1/4 Cup rice (uncooked)
- 1 Tbs Garlic salt
- 1/2 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Flour
- 12 Cups water
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- Mix together to make meatballs
- Boil water seasoned with salt and Cumin (1/4 Tsp each)
- Reduce heat cook for 35 minutes (cover off)
- 1 Celery diced
- 1 Cups green beans
- 4 Carrots
- 1 Can corn
- 4 Potatoes
- 2 Tbs Onion
- 1/2 Small cabbage
- 1 15oz Can of tomato sauce

Step 1
Dice celery and onion
Step 2
Chop green beans, potatoes, and cabbage
Step 3
Add vegetables to the pot
Step 4
Bring to full boil then cover and set at medium heat
