Preparation

Step 1

In a large pot, boil your noodles in salted water with black pepper. Adding spices to boiling water causes the noodles to have flavor.

Step 2

Wash 12 tomatoes, cut off one end of each tomato. For this recipe you will need a cheese grater. Take your tomato and rub it against the fine side of the grater. This will cause the tomato to liquefy and make sauce for the pasta.

Step 3

Pour the tomato liquid in a bowl, mince up a onion.set the mix aside to use for later.

Step 4

Drain the pasta and use the pot to blanch about two cups of kale, we will use this as a garnish for the pasta.

Step 5

In a cast iron pan sauté your pasta with some garlic. Cook until crispy, after it's cooked place in a bowl.
Pour the tomato liquid over the pasta, cover with kale, and top with cheese.
