Ingredients
- 2 -3 Potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 1/2 Onion (bite sized pieces)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Corn Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 -2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse potatoes to remove starch.
Step 2
Heat pan and add olive oil. Add potatoes and garlic. Cook until potatoes look translucent, add onion. Keep stirring.
Step 3
Add water, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup and mix. Simmer over med heat for about 10 min until liquid is evaporated. Add water is necessary.
Step 4
When potato is cooked, remove from stove. Add 1 Tbsp of sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
