Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon hot green chillies
- 1 -1/2 tablespoon tandoori paste
- 1 tsp ground jeera ( cumin)
- 1/2 tsp ground (dried) cilantro
- 1/2 - 1 1/2 tsp salt ( to taste)- (added slowly)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp (dry) crushed methi leaves
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix everything and add to taste.
Step 2
4-6 boneless chicken breast ( pierced with knife)
Step 3
Marinate minimum 24 hours up to 72 hours in fridge
Step 4
Bake at 400-450 F until cooked. Keep turning every 10 mins and keep basting with remaining marinade
