Fish, fennel and broccoli puree for babies 9+ months

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of white fish, tuna or salmon
  • 1/2 of a fennel
  • 1/2 of a small broccoli
  • a teaspoon of olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the fennel and broccoli into small pieces. Steam along with the fish until everything is cooked, about 20 minutes.

Step 2

Once cooked, mix everything together using a hand mixer or food processor. Add the olive oil, mix again and serve warm.
