Preparation
Step 1
Cook the shrimp still frozen in a large volume of boiling water (or in a steamer) add some julienned vegetables and bouillon cube if you desire. Cook for 8 minutes. The prawns are cooked when they are pink-orange.
Step 2
Once the shrimp are cooked and cooled, peel them.
Step 3
Melt a knob of butter in large skillet over medium heat. Throw in the shrimp shelled and brown them quickly, do not forget to add salt and pepper. Once they have browned pour orange alcohol on top, simmer a few seconds, then away from your flaming electric cooker light with a match!
Step 4
Once the flame is extinguished, remove the shrimp from the pan and keep them warm for a moment.
Step 5
In the same pan, pour the orange juice, simmer then add the cream, mix well, add the shrimp and heat briefly to allow time for the sauce to thicken.
Step 6
Serve immediately with good bread ... Make sure not to miss any of the sauce!
