- 9 strips smoked bacon

Sticky Glutinous Rice Mixed With Chicken Packed Inside Banana Leaf
- 250 gram sticky rice – soaked in water for 2 hours
- 250 coconut milk
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 lemon grass
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Chicken mix:
- 1 chicken breast-boiled and cut in small pieces
- 200 ml of coconut milk
- 1 bay leave
- 1 teaspoon tamarind water
- oil for stir-fry

- 5 shallot
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 pieces candlenut
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
