PUMPKIN PIE OATMEAL

Microwave water and oatmeal for 2 minutes
- ½ cup Whole Grain Oatmeal
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1 packet sweetener
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 lb. frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 8 cooked sausage links (cut into small pcs.) - (could use ham or bacon)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 10 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 5 cups Scalded Milk
- 3/4 cup shortening
- Cool the mixture then add 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup hot tap water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 T. heaping yeast
- Let these activate in a bowl
- 10 cups, slowly add until the dough comes clean from the bowl
