Amp up your bruschetta, with a flavorful French twist!
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 Cup of blue cheese
- 1/2 Cup of cream cheese
- Green peas (cooked)
- 4 Sun-dried tomatoes (halved)
- 2 Slices prosciutto
- Toast
METHOD
- Mix together the blue cheese and cream cheese.
- Spread onto toast.
- Top with green peas, sun-dried tomatoes, and prosciutto.
- Enjoy!

- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 large onions chopped
- 1/4 cp chopped celery leaves
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 pounds peeled crawfish tails ( reserve fat)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes of Crystal hot sauce
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- Tony Zatarans Creole seasoning, to taste
- 1/4 cp chopped parsley
- 2 cups cooked rice

- 2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix, 1 lb crawfish tails, 1lb crawfish tails. Can use Shrimp if crawfish isn't available. If using shrimp saute in skillet with butter and seasoning of your choice. Eggs and milk. Follow instructions on cornbread box. Also time.

- 6-7 jalapeño
- 1 bunch of basil
- 4-5 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons ground chili paste (sambal oelek brand)
