The best recipes for domplines - 8 recipes

Domplines are a sweet fried dough dish from Puerto Rico. The authentic Puerto Rican domplines recipe is easy to make at home and resembles making donuts from scratch. Savory variations like garlic and parsley domplines on this list are inspired by the Dominican versions. The recipes on our page range in sweetness. We recommend serving the sweeter ones as dessert and the less sweet ones with beans.
